It's the end of the semester, time is a premium, plus most of my mental bandwidth has been spent on acquiring worm knowledge - a worm expert is Oligochaetologist. Despite all reading, I am no Oligochaetolgist; more of an Oligochaenthusiast.
And then there are my duties to the Farmers Market. My most recent contribution for the market that is published in the Oregonian's FOODday is here. And it's on sweet peas, one of my favorite flowers, veg and terms of endearment.
The other portion of my time that isn't taken up by school or work or thinking about baseball is spent working on the Portland Farmers Market communication's team. And I recently wrote a recipe for Pesto-Potato salad that begins
